Return Policy

You can return/exchange any item up to 14 days of receiving your purchase as long as it is returned in its original condition.

Please note: With regards to exchanges: if the returned item is of lesser value then the item you wish to exchange it for, you will receive a full refund for the item returned, and will then simply need to place a new order for the new item. All goods will be inspected upon return.

Please make sure that the name and address you have entered are correct as we are unable to change it. This is so we can offer you the quickest dispatch possible. If you would like a size exchange or a refund, you will need to return the item with one of our returns forms provided by our team when you submit your return. If the size you are wanting is out of stock then a refund for the item/s will be given. We do not cover the cost of postage on return.

Please note, we do not cover the costs of postage upon returning or exchanges.

Shipping Policy

Once your order has been dispatched, UK standard delivery service can take between 3-5 working days to be delivered from the date of despatch. Your tracking information will be sent via email once your order is processed. We recommend you use your tracking number to get the most up to date information on where your parcel is.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

Usually, orders sent to EU mainland addresses aren't subject to customs or import charges, but each country works differently. 

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You'll be contacted by our delivery partner by SMS or email regarding any import and duty charges that you need to pay.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. 

OneOff Apparel Ltd has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If you don't agree with duty charges presented to you, please contact the carrier. 

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
